THE TOUR

Come and see the Les Halles area of Paris, a once main wholesale market for Paris from the Middle Ages until the late 1960’s, moved to a southern suburb of Paris, Rugbis. The area of Les Halles, has since become the third largest shopping center in Europe, and hosting the largest underground station in the world, although still hosting smaller farmers markets, including the Marche Saint Eustache and Rue Montorgueil. The area also houses the Cour Des Miracles, an area which had became renowed for it's beggars who would pretend to be blind or cripple the whole day, while then, once retreating back to the Cour Des Miracles, a once slum catering migrants, being then able to see or walk again giving the area, as to where where so many "miracles" occurr every day, the generic name “courts of miracles.”
